إذا رغب العميل في إرجاع الطلب عن طريق شركة الشحن، فسوف يتحمل تكلفة الشحن حسب سياسة الإرجاع والتي تقدر بـ (22) ريال على البوليصة.
إذا رغب العميل في إرجاع الطلب كاملا سيتم خصم رسوم الشحن (التوصيل والإرجاع) حتى لو كانت تكلفة الشحن مجانية.
تحقق شروط الإرجاع أو الاستبدال وتوضيحها كما يلي:
يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، خالياً من أي عيوب أو تلف أو استخدام
لا يوجد نقص في أي ملحق أو حزام أو بطانة تتعلق بالمنتج القطعة.
أرفق الفاتورة بالمنتج ومعها بطاقة باركود.
لا يوجد أي روائح أو عطور على القطعة.
بعد وصول المنتج إلى مستودعاتنا ويتم الموافقة على الإرجاع خلال 14 يوم عمل و يتم التأكد من أن السلعة التي ترغب في إرجاعها غير تالفة ومطابقة للوصف والحالة التي أرسلت بها، سيتم التواصل مع العميل للحصول على المعلومات البنكية لتحويل المبلغ المستحق.
