You may exchange items within 7 days or return them within 5 days from the date of receiving your order.
You can exchange or return your order at any of our branches across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
If you return an online order to a Jack & Jones store, the refund process will take 24 to 48 working hours.
When returning an order in-store, only the value of the returned items will be refunded.
If you choose to return your order via a shipping company, a fee of SAR 25 will be deducted from the value of the returned items.
If you request an exchange via a shipping company, you must hand over the shipment along with the waybill to the shipping provider. A shipping fee (delivery + return) of SAR 35 will be deducted.
Return & Exchange Conditions
-The item must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage.
-All accessories, belts, linings, and related items must be included with no missing parts.
-The original invoice must be attached, along with the barcode tag.
-The item must be free from any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.) or signs of use.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received at our warehouse and approved within 2 working days, and after verifying that it matches the original condition and description, we will contact the customer to collect bank details and process the refund.
