Exchange and return policy:
You can exchange within 7 days or return within 5 days from the date of receiving the order.
You can exchange or return it at one of our branches spread throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
When returning an order from the website to a Jack & Jones store, the refund process takes 3 business days
If the customer wishes to return the order through the shipping company, he will bear the shipping cost according to the return policy, which is estimated at (22) riyals on the policy.
If the customer wishes to return the entire order, the shipping fees (delivery and returns) will be deducted, even if the shipping cost is free.
Verify the conditions for return or exchange and state them as follows:
The product must be in its original condition, free from any defects, damage or use
There is no deficiency in any accessory, belt, or lining related to the piece.
Attach the invoice to the product and have a barcode card.
There are no scents or perfumes on the piece.
After the product arrives at our warehouses and the return is approved within 14 working days and it is confirmed that the item you wish to return is not damaged and matches the description and condition in which it was sent, the customer will be contacted to obtain the bank information to transfer the amount due.
