Order Fulfillment

When you place an order, we collect personal identifiers (Name, Address, Email, Phone) and commercial information (Order history, payment method). This is used to process transactions and deliver your products.

Note: We do not store payment card or sensitive financial account details.

Customer Support

Our team accesses your order history and previous correspondence to provide efficient assistance regarding order status or returns. If you use our "Notify Me" service, we use your email to alert you when items are back in stock.

Enhanced User Experience

We utilize cookies and tracking technologies to analyze browsing behavior and IP addresses. This allows us to:

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive for excellence in every garment. If you are not completely satisfied, our return and exchange process is designed for your convenience.

TIMELINES

  • Exchanges: Permitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns: Permitted within 5 days of delivery.

METHODS & FEES

  1. In-Store (Free): Visit any branch across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Refunds for in-store returns are processed within 24–48 working hours.

  2. Via Shipping Provider: * Returns: A fee of SAR 25 will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • Exchanges: A total shipping fee of SAR 35 (delivery + return) applies.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Pristine Condition: Unused, undamaged, and free from odors (perfume, smoke, etc.).

  • Original Packaging: All tags (barcode), belts, and accessories must be attached.

  • Documentation: The original invoice must be included.

REFUND PROCESS

Once received at our warehouse, items are inspected within 2 working days. Upon approval, our team will contact you to collect bank details and finalize the refund.
